ILOILO CITY – A strategic collaborative effort involving RMN Iloilo, the Task Force on Values and Moral Formation (TFVMF), and the City Social Welfare & Development Office (CSWDO) has been initiated to provide targeted support and guidance to ‘Rakisha,’ a 17-year-old who recently gained attention for her involvement in an event at Iloilo City’s MO2 Ice bar.
Under the leadership of Mr. Nestor Canong from TFVMF, an official transition of responsibilities underscores the joint commitment of these entities to offer comprehensive assistance to ‘Rakisha’ and her parents, central figures in her welfare.
The CSWDO, represented by Ma’am Elizabeth Hechanova, a seasoned Social Welfare Officer IV, is coordinating a case conference aimed at analyzing the multifaceted factors contributing to ‘Rakisha’s’ situation. This collaborative discourse will pave the way for a tailored intervention plan designed to address her unique needs.
Hechanova emphasized the significance of understanding the intricacies surrounding ‘Rakisha’s’ circumstances, stating, “Our objective is to formulate a well-considered intervention strategy that aligns with her individual experiences, guiding her towards a positive and promising path.”
As TFVMF, RMN Iloilo, and CSWDO engage in an in-depth assessment, their collective efforts will culminate in a diagnostic evaluation, providing a clear framework for the personalized intervention program for ‘Rakisha.’
