Iloilo City – Amidst a controversy involving the alleged sale of lots at the city’s relocation site, Mayor Jerry Trenas has taken decisive action. He appointed Assistant City Administrator Butch Panaguiton as the temporary head of the Iloilo City Urban Poor Affairs Office (ICUPAO) during the leave of ICUPAO Head Roy Firmeza.
